Youdu (Fujian) Nursing Products Co., Ltd. was jointly funded by Xiamen C&D Pulp & Paper Group Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Youdu Medical Technology Co., Ltd., with an initial investment of 30 million yuan and equity distribution of 34% and 66%, respectively. The company was established in December 2024 and is located in Quanzhou, Fujian Province. The region boasts a convenient transportation and logistics network and an industrial cluster base, which facilitates the company's global market layout, providing high-quality nursing products to families worldwide.
The company covers an area of approximately 25 acres, focusing on the design, research and development, production, and sales of personal hygiene nursing products, with products selling well both domestically and internationally. Currently, it has introduced three international high-end fully automated production lines, including a full servo adult diaper production line, a full servo adult pull-up pants production line, and a full servo adult nursing pad production line, with an estimated annual output value of 300 million yuan. At its inception, the company signed contracts with partners for an annual production of 274 million adult series products. The company has self-operated import and export rights and has been awarded multiple patents. It emphasizes technological innovation and quality control, establishing an independent R&D center and a strict quality inspection center to ensure that every product meets high standards of health, safety, and environmental protection. It is committed to providing high-quality hygiene nursing products to global customers, allowing health to accompany every consumer.
Looking ahead, the company plans to invest 120 million yuan in the second phase. Focusing on disposable hygiene products such as adult diapers, baby diapers, menstrual pants, sanitary napkins, and medical pads, it aims to develop a dual-driven model of independent brand plus ODM, striving to build a globally leading full-industry-chain industrial park for hygiene products.
