Fujian Province Sanitary Products Chamber of Commerce is to organize, coordinate, and guide the work of the sanitary products industry associations, unite and organize the vast number of members, and strive to promote the reform and development of the Fujian sanitary products industry; reflect the opinions, wishes, and demands of members and the industry, safeguard the overall interests of the industry and the legitimate rights and interests of members; act as advisors and assistants to the Party and government, play a bridging and linking role between the government and members (industry) through two-way services for the government and members (industry), and play roles of service, organization, coordination, supervision, and self-discipline within the industry, contributing to the healthy and rapid development of the Fujian sanitary products industry.

Fujian Province, as an important base for the national sanitary products industry, accounted for 40% of the national export value of disposable sanitary products in 2013, with a complete industrial chain supporting system. To integrate resources and regulate industry competition, the Fujian Sanitary Products Chamber of Commerce was established in Jinjiang, Quanzhou on December 29, 2014, with Lin Bin, Chairman of Daddy Baby, serving as the first president, and Xu Lianjie of Hengan Group as the permanent honorary president. At its inception, the chamber covered enterprises across the entire industry chain including finished products, materials, and equipment, with over 300 members.
