Quanchuang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. was formerly Quanzhou Donghu Light Industry Machinery Factory, established in 1985, and officially renamed Quanchuang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. in 2021. The company focuses on the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of intelligent post-processing and packaging equipment for wet wipes. Main products include parallel lid applicators, parallel carton packing machines, intelligent palletizing robots, etc. The company can provide customized intelligent configurations based on customers' actual needs and offers high-quality after-sales service. Currently, it is dedicated to the integrated application of intelligent robot manufacturing, focusing on the research, design, and manufacturing of post-processing machinery for sanitary products. Since 2016, it has developed parallel robots and introduced visual AI intelligent technology to extend product functions. At present, intelligent robots and AGV transport carts are widely used in the sanitary products industry for middle packaging, lid application, carton opening, packing, and palletizing.
Currently, the company has more than 30 employees and is an intelligent manufacturing enterprise endorsed and promoted by the county government. In the 2021 Quanzhou Top Ten Intelligent Manufacturing Equipment selection, it won the highest number of votes. In 2023, it was recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise. In 2024, it passed the GB/T19001-2016/ISO9001:2015 quality management system certification. To date, the usage coverage of Quanchuang Intelligent (Donggong) equipment has reached over 60%, assisting many benchmark enterprises in establishing smart manufacturing factories, becoming a leading company in the application of adhesive machine robots in the industry. Its products cover nearly thirty provinces, cities, and regions across China. In 2024, it cooperated with Siemens China to develop a four-axis parallel robot (Spider Hand DELTA). In August of the same year, it established a system partnership with KUKA Robotics (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. In the future, it will achieve full coverage applications in material sorting, palletizing, and post-packaging. Quanchuang Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. always adheres to the development philosophy of "innovation-driven development, quality builds the brand." On one hand, it actively invests in R&D resources, continuously launching new products to meet diverse market demands. Through industry-university-research cooperation with universities and research institutions, it introduces cutting-edge technologies to enhance the company's innovation capabilities.
