Fujian Fudi New Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2017 and is located in the Economic Development Zone of Jinjiang City, Fujian Province.
The company focuses on the research and development of ES fiber production technology. It is the first ES composite staple fiber (PE/PET) manufacturer in the Quanzhou area, specializing in producing fibers for disposable hygiene products—hot air nonwoven fabric surface layer (bottom layer). The main products include 0.8D~2.5D brightening/regular white hydrophilic fibers, 0.8D~2.5D brightening/regular white water-repellent fibers, etc. Advanced technology enables the company to develop Fudi ultra-fine denier ES fibers using bicomponent sheath-core structure technology, which can be widely used in diapers, sanitary napkin topsheets, and bottom layer hot air nonwoven fabrics.
The company currently has advanced production equipment for an annual output of 60,000 tons of ES composite staple fibers. By the end of 2025, it will have an annual production capacity of 100,000 tons of ES composite staple fibers. The quality management system is complete, with a self-built full-chain quality control laboratory, equipped with a full set of fiber testing equipment, small nonwoven carding machines, and nonwoven testing equipment. A comprehensive self-control and self-inspection system has been established and has passed ISO 9001 certification. : 2015 Quality Management System (ISO 9001) : 2015 Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) : 2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System (ISO 45001) and other certifications.
At the same time, the company actively promotes digital transformation by introducing advanced information management systems and intelligent production equipment, improving production efficiency and product quality. It also actively expands domestic and international markets through participation in exhibitions and establishing sales networks.
With outstanding performance, the company has received numerous honors, such as "Provincial Science and Technology Little Giant Leading Enterprise," "Specialized and New" SME, and "National High-tech Enterprise."
