Fujian Qifeng Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 and is located in Dongling Town, Hui'an County, Quanzhou City. The company mainly produces medical polymer material products and PE breathable membranes. It belongs to the downstream petrochemical industry and is a manufacturing enterprise focused on the research, development, production, and sales of breathable membranes and breathable composite membranes for hygiene materials. Its products are widely used in diapers, sanitary napkins, protective clothing, warmers, and other fields. It is the only high-tech enterprise in China that masters the core technology of the entire breathable membrane industry chain.
In terms of technological research and development, Qifeng Technology has achieved remarkable results. The company is one of the earliest enterprises in China to introduce breathable membrane blown film equipment and also has the capability to independently develop modified blown film breathable particles, freeing itself from reliance on imports. Currently, it holds a total of 23 patents, including 6 invention patents and 17 utility models. Through continuous in-depth research on formula modification and design, the product's breathability is uniform, and both breathability and transverse strength exceed market levels. For example, the 14-gram high moisture permeability breathable blown film developed and produced by the company has higher strength and higher hydrostatic pressure resistance after weight reduction, with good waterproof performance, providing customers with stable high moisture permeability and low leakage risk products.
In the market aspect, the company has established deep cooperation with many top-ranked international and domestic well-known diaper and sanitary napkin brands. Its product market share has ranked among the top in the province for five consecutive years. In the niche field of high moisture permeability polyethylene printed breathable films used in diapers, the domestic market share reached 16.92% in 2022 and 18.08% in 2023. With the deepening cooperation with international diaper brands, the company has gradually undertaken international brand sanitary napkin businesses and overseas operations in Japan, South Korea, the Middle East, India, Africa, South America, and other regions, successfully "going global by leveraging others' platforms."
